If you would like to know further information or would like to receive an estimate for a specific project, actual or planned; the most effective way of requesting a quotation from GoTranslate24 is through e-mail correspondence, by e-mailing quote@GoTranslate24.com . Our project management department will respond within 180 minutes or less. Please send sample of the text to be translated, so that we can give you an accurate quotation.
Pricing
Since every job is truly unique, we do not have a bulk price list and every project is individually estimated to ensure we deliver the best value for money. We are almost always able to offer prices much lower than our competitors. The price structure depends on the source and target language selection, area of expertise, and delivery time. We price translations according to a number of factors:
- Source Language <-> Target Language
- Subject matter.
- Delivery & turnaround Time.
- Volume of words.
- Area/field of expertise of the project
- File format. Plain text or word processing files for the PC or Mac platform.
- Non text elements such as graphics, tables, charts. If you have graphics, tables, charts or other non text elements, these have to be processed. We need access to the original graphic files to be able to change any text embedded in the graphics. Any time spent working on graphic elements increases the cost.
So how much is my translation? We can't give you a canned answer because we don't know the variables above. But, if you can let us look at your project files to be analyzed, we will give you a firm price proposal, in email. The proposal will include the price, turnaround, what we need from you, and how we can return the material to you. Ideally, we would like to see the entire material preferably in .doc format by email. We offer discounted rates for multi-language projects and regular (contract) work.
